When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 2-3 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out through USPS. After it is shipped we cannot guarantee how long it will take to arrive because of Covid-19 related delays in the mail service. We are currently only shipping within the USA
Where will my order ship from?
All items ship from California.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Review your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Call or visit your local post office if they have your package
- Ask your neighbors in case you package was delivered to them by mistake

Orders
How are your products made?
All bags, purses, wallets are handmade by us. Stickers and keychains feature designs drawn by us but are manufactured by an outside company.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, send an email to carrilloscraftcoffin[at]gmail.com and include your order number.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer refunds?
